By booking an appointment with Breathe Balance Energize LLC, the client acknowledges and agrees to the following terms regarding the Appointment Reservation Fee:

• An Appointment Reservation Fee of $25 is required to secure an appointment with Breathe Balance Energize LLC. This fee is non-refundable. In the event that the client cancels the appointment, the Appointment Reservation Fee of $25 will not be refunded. If the client honors the appointment and receives the scheduled service from Breathe Balance Energize LLC, the Appointment Reservation Fee of $25 will be applied towards the service fee.
• The client understands that the Appointment Reservation Fee is separate from the total cost of the service and any additional charges that may apply Breathe Balance Energize LLC reserves the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, the Appointment Reservation Fee will be fully refunded to the client.
• The client acknowledges that failure to arrive on time for the appointment may result in the forfeiture of the Appointment Reservation Fee, and Breathe Balance Energize LLC may consider the appointment as canceled.
• Any rescheduling of appointments should be done within the agreed-upon timeframe specified by Breathe Balance Energize LLC.
• Failure to reschedule within a 48 hour timeframe will result in the forfeiture of the Appointment Reservation Fee. By proceeding with the appointment booking, the client indicates their acceptance and understanding of the above terms related to the Appointment Reservation Fee.

The client must provide accurate and complete health information and disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or sensitivities that may affect the services provided by Breathe Balance Energize LLC. It is the client's responsibility to update this information as necessary. b. The client must arrive on time for scheduled appointments to ensure the full duration of the service. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session, and the full service fee will still apply.
   
3. Reservation and Cancellation Policy: a. To secure an appointment, the client is required to provide a reservation fee of $25. This fee is non-refundable and will be applied towards the total service cost. b. The client may cancel or reschedule an appointment by providing notice prior to 48 hours before appointment. Failure to cancel or reschedule prior to the 48 hours before appointment results in the in the retaining of reservation fee. c. Breathe Balance Energize LLC reserves the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, reasonable efforts will be made to notify the client, and any applicable fees will be fully refunded.
   
4. Payment and Refund Policy: a. Payment for services rendered is due at the time of the appointment, unless otherwise agreed upon by Breathe Balance Energize LLC. b. Breathe Balance Energize LLC accepts various forms of payment, such as cash, credit/debit cards, or other electronic payment methods, as specified by the company. c. Refunds for services rendered are at the discretion of Breathe Balance Energize LLC. Any request for a refund must be made within a reasonable timeframe, and refunds, if approved, will be provided in the original form of payment.

The client acknowledges and consents to the Spa's right to capture such media for promotional or marketing purposes.
   
2. Nonpayment Clause: a. The client understands and agrees that there is no payment for the use of any photographs, video footage, or media captured by the Spa. b. As a result of nonpayment, the client shall have no claim or demand for compensation, credit, or usage rights related to the media captured during their spa session and any other types of events.
   
3. Usage and Ownership: a. The Spa retains full ownership and copyright of all media captured during spa sessions, regardless of whether the client has made full payment for services rendered. b. The Spa reserves the right to use, reproduce, display, distribute, or modify the captured media for promotional, marketing, advertising, or any other lawful purposes without the need for the client's explicit consent or further compensation.
   
4. Confidentiality and Privacy: a.
